Pauline first became a patient of Nicola in 1995 when she was at the Alton practice and John became a patient shortly after. We followed Nicola to Fleet Chiro clinic and have remained regular patients to date.
Our treatment comprises general half yearly checkups and the occasional specific treatment for example when John had a number of monthly visits to deal with lower back pain.
We both find that the McTimoney technique suits us very well which coupled with Nicola’s skills has helped maintain our skeletal health over the years. Pauline worked as a secretary and the treatment kept neck tension at bay.
We find that Nicola is easy to deal with, has a warm welcoming manner, a sense of humour and gives confident advice during the sessions, treating accordingly. These are the reasons we always look forward to our regular visits and come out feeling much better.

About Me
Hi, I’m Natalie. I have been qualified in Sports / Remedial Massage since 2020, extending my knowledge in 2021 to Level 4. I have treated a wide range of symptoms which improve well with treatment. I have received Sports massage and chiropractic myself for many years, which inspired my training. I trained in Brighton and subsequently worked at the Wells Physio Clinic in Tonbridge Wells. I have treated a wide range of people from non-athletes, desk workers, elderly and people suffering general stiffness. To runners, athletes, rugby & football players.
I look forward to meeting and treating you at the Fleet Chiropractic Clinic, and my hope is that you can enjoy being as active as me. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, horse riding and going for long walks with the family.
What is a Sports/ Remedial Massage?
Sports massage can benefit most people, it is a manipulation of the soft tissues, using different techniques, to relieve tight muscles by improving blood flow, releasing the connective tissue / fascia to improve movement. It can improve tone, restore flexibility and health of the muscle, decreasing stiffness, pain & discomfort, helping to make daily movements much easier.
Symptoms treated:
1. General Back Pain
2. Shoulder and Neck Pain
3. Leg and Limb Pain
4. Tennis Elbow
5. Rotator Cuff Pain
6. Golfers Elbow
7. Muscles Sprains/Strains/ Swelling
What techniques can I offer?
1. Myofascial Release
2. Trigger Point Therapy
3. Dry Cupping
4. Compression
5. Active Movement
6. MET (Muscle Energy Technique)
7. KT Taping (Kinesiology Taping)
Regular sports and remedial massage can lead to improved function and rate of healing as the techniques used can help increase lymphatic drainage leading to a reduction in swelling, soreness, stiffness, lactate and fatigue in the muscle. Posture can be improved and muscle balance is often restored allowing for a greater range of motion around the joint and within muscles.
